How rock & roll is Dave Grohl? Broke his leg and still rocked!

Dave Grohl is a true rock star in every sense.

He fell off the stage only two songs into the Foo Fighters‘ set in Gothenburg, Sweden tonight (June 12). There is no official diagnosis as of press time, but Grohl believed that he broke his leg.

Fortunately, he didn’t have to go to the hospital; his leg was set backstage while drummer Taylor Hawkins continued with a handful of covers. Grohl returned to the stage less than an hour later with his leg wrapped. He finished the concert while sitting in a chair with his leg elevated.
